Simply the best food in Brighton. Price reflects this but worth every penny. You have to eat here at least once.

Been here twice now and have had consistently lovely food. The chicken with sage and walnut butter is gorgeous and the tuna melts in your mouth. There is a really nice atmosphere with a live band on weekends and atmospheric lighting. Although quite expensive and formal, there is a relaxed atmosphere and service is good.

I took my wife to Havana for her 32nd birthday and we were both pleasantly surprised. The quality of service in this restaurant is nothing less than outstanding. The waiters/waitresses are very attentive and friendly and we enjoyed the live band performance - a given since we both like slow mellow jazz. The food was very well prepared and presented. The bill is not cheap - you can expect to pay at least £50 a head for a full course meal with starters and afters. If you are seeking a "budget buffet" experience then skip this one. If however you want take out a loved one for a special and memorable occasion then I strongly recommend Havana. - Marlon Thomas, Kent

Nice setting in an upmarket American way. Food doesn't look that expensive but somehow manages to creep up to £50 a head without much wine consumption or even a pudding each.

i took my wife for her 40th birthday and although not cheap was worth every penny the resturant was busy with pre xmas office parties but the service was prompt the food just as it should be and the cocktails are to die for especially the bloddy mary's and the margaritas

Although the food is excellent quality, presentation superb & the wine list exceptional, the show is stolen by the staff. We have been several times over the years & everytime the staff impress us with their knowledge, they are helpful & attentive but never pushy. Its a thankless job but we appreciate how much it makes our Havana experience perfect. (Plus the cocktails are lethal!)

really excellent food, try the chicken on curry and apricot bread, simply superb. If your in Brighton make sure you try the Havana. If the prices for evening meals frighten ya try the lunch menu as is is well worth the money

A good restaurant but overpriced for what you eat. Very small portions and staff have a bit of an attitude like stuck up a bit. But the atmosphere is great, right lighting, tone of colours.
