If you're hungry go the GARS and it IS the best Chinese restaurant in Brighton - there is almost a carbon copy of Gars in Chichester called the Jasmin, but it is no relation apparently! Excellent food, very expensive, fabulous range of wines, the staff could do with a few lessons in smiling but apart from that - EXCELLENT!!!! |
