Date: 2006-10-31 10:32:21 The most authentic Indian food I have had in Brighton, and really good value for money! The veg thali gives you a portion of a few dishes plus samosas etc and is £6. The bhaji wraps and chai lattes are great too. |

Date: 2007-07-03 21:40:53 Its the only place in Brighton you can get REAL indian food. No ghee, just great tastes. Its authentic like you get in India. Apparently the recipies are the owners Gran's (from Gujarat). Not eaten in yet, and to be honest the atmosphere doesnt seem up to much. Great to pop in an take away tho. They should start delivering, but maybe thats not what they are aiming to do here... Great stuff! |

Date: 2007-09-27 15:44:15 Agree with all the above except the atmosphere - always good when I've been there! Really friendly staff (especially the owner) and great music is usually playing as well! The thalis are brilliant and great value (as is everything else) - but I agree its a shame they don't deliver (yet anyway - I asked them and they said hopefully soon) I love it and I'd say its the best place in Brighton in this price range. |
