It has all the standard family dishes you would expect but it is by no means reduced to this market and carries plenty more adventurous dishes. I am a fussy restaurant-goer but have always had an excellent dining experience at La Piazza. |

Service is friendly, though it can be a bit too noisy to be enjoyable when the place is busy. Probably the best Italian on Church Road - an area wher competition is fierce. |

Date: 2009-06-08 10:49:43 I took my wife to La Piazza for her Birthday dinner. She liked the atmosphere and the service, which were fantastic. The lamb, personally speaking, was a bit unusual compared to the one we had before. But it is the experience that counts. Everyone should try it!! |

Started with the best prawns I have ever had, followed by La piazza steak, then profiteroles. Small criticism that we waited a little long for the main course, but not long enough to complain, and main course could have been hotter. Other than that a lovely evening. Would certainly visit again |

Date: 2009-06-23 11:25:20 We booked a table for 12 at La Piazza last week. The atmosphere was quite relaxed and the restaurant filled up quite quickly. Staff were attentive and friendly. The food was lovely and with generous portions and with the offer, made it good value for money. Plenty to choose from on the menu. Would definitely recommend and will use again. |
